Current Status

We constantly monitor our services and infrastructure. If there is ever a service interruption, a notification will be posted to this page. If you are experiencing problems not listed on this page, you can submit a request for service.

Planned Maintenance

We publish information on planned service availability below. This includes events occurring over the next 5 days.

On Wednesday 23rd September 2020, we will performing scheduled maintenance on our Veeam Cloud Connect in Victoria. This work will cause a service disruption to all Veeam backup and replication jobs during the following maintenance window:

Start: 8:00pm AEST 23rd September 2020
Finish: 6:00am AEST 24th September 2020

Who will be impacted: Customers performing Veeam backup and/or replication to Probax infrastructure in Victoria, Australia.

Services Affected: The following services will experience disruption:

  • Veeam cloud connect services will be inaccessible.
  • Any ongoing Veeam health checks, merges or replications will be interrupted.
