      How To: Retrieve Backup Job Recovery Details using MSP Backup

      In this guide, we'll access your backup job recovery details, including Service Point address, Access & Secret keys, and the backup job encryption key created by Probax Scout in our 'How to: Deploy Servers or Workstation Protection' KB.

      Retrieve Recovery Details Using MSP Backup:

      1. Log in to MSP Backup and access the customer account from which you want to retrieve the recovery details.
      2. Once logged into the account, open the Scout module next to the resource for which you're looking to recover:
      3. Once the View Scout window opens, select Retrieve Recovery Details:
        1. Important: MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) must be configured to Retrieve Recovery Details:
      4. Enter your SMS or Authenticator code and then click Submit:
      5. You will now be able to access the recovery details for this particular system:

        You can use these recovery details when adding a Wasabi Bucket to VAW, or when utilizing Veeam's Bare Metal Restore
