Getting started with the Service Status Page
The Service Status Page gives the Probax customer a one-stop shop to keep track of any changes to the backup services available to them. In this live-updated site, customers can view:
- Any scheduled maintenance for Probax infrastructure
- Outages or incidences that could disrupt a service
- Updates to new services
Subscribing to service status emails:
Simply head to https://probax1.statuspage.io/# and find the blue button at the top right:
Enter in your email address in the field bellow to be sent updates to any service status that have changed:
