      This article will assist you in managing your M365 user's backups when the user has been decommissioned from the organisation

      Decommissioned users will need to be switched 'off' in Hive after decommissioning;

      When a user is decommissioned from a Microsoft365 organisation, the corresponding user will need to be switched 'off' for backups in Hive, to prevent alerts appearing and additional costs.
