Summary
The Audit Trail is a feature in Probax Hive designed to log significant account changes together with a time stamp, providing a high degree of visibility for compliance purposes.
Audit Trails can be accessed within both customer accounts and MSP master accounts (for account-wide actions), and can be downloaded in CSV format.
Below is a sample of actions are currently logged:
- Creation and deletion of users
- Creation and deletion of storage tubs
- Creation and deletion of Veeam licences
- Increases and decreases in Hot Storage storage quota
- Deploying Probax Scout
The audit trail cannot be altered or turned off and provides a safeguard against malicious insider actions or mistakes.
