StorageCraft Licensing Update

After 30th June, 2018 Probax can no longer provide our partners with StorageCraft ShadowProtect MSP licences.

  • This change impacts ShadowProtect MSP licensing only. 
  • You will still be able to use the Probax cloud to store your client’s ShadowProtect backup data.

What You Need To Know

StorageCraft’s End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA) prevents Probax (or any other party who is not an approved StorageCraft Distributor or Master MSP) from being able to provide StorageCraft licences.

Yes. Probax strongly believes in an open ecosystem where our partners can make an informed decision on the most appropriate solution, depending on the requirements and budget of their end clients. As such, we will continue to provide integration and support for all leading backup vendors, including StorageCraft.

Yes. We can still help with troubleshooting your StorageCraft backup issues.

You will need to contact StorageCraft directly to activate a new StorageCraft MSP account.

Yes. You will still be able to provision Veeam licenses from Probax Control. This change impacts ShadowProtect MSP licensing only.
