How do I add or modify my Veeam Cloud Connect licenses?
Cloud Connect licences are calculated automatically based on the number of VMs that are being replicated to Probax.
Can you offer perpetual licenses?
No. Probax is a Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) which means we can only offer VCSP rental licenses.
Are there any technical limitations with VCSP licenses?
No. They are the same license.
Will my partner status with Veeam be affected if I move my licences to Probax?
No. Your ProPartner status is based on revenue from new perpetual licenses sales and any VCSP licences you report on are under Veeam's separate VCSP program.
How will I be billed?
Probax will invoice you for all services monthly and in advance. Prior to your monthly invoice being raised, our billing system will cross reference the Veeam license quantities listed in Probax Hive.
Can I provision licences from Probax for customers that aren't backing up to the cloud or backing up to another provider?
Yes. You'll need to create an account for your customer and then provision licences from there.
I only need a Veeam license for a limited number of days. Do you offer pro-rata billing?
No. We are unable to offer pro-rata billing on software licensing.
Do you offer discounted StorageCraft Licensing?
No. Probax can no longer provide partners with ShadowProtect MSP licensing.
